Meet Erinn Warren
Founder | Interventionist | Private Case Manager
Erin is a crisis intervention specialist and recovery professional with extensive hands-on experience across the behavioral health continuum of care. She provides discreet, high-level support to individuals, families, attorneys, fiduciaries, and family offices navigating complex crises involving substance use disorders, mental health conditions, and other high-risk situations.
She began her career in Georgia in 2013 within a residential substance use treatment program that included medically supervised detoxification. Over the course of her early career, she served in a wide range of frontline and operational roles — including client advocate, facility coordinator, intake coordinator, counselor-in-training, case management support, and admissions leadership. These positions provided deep, ground-level experience in direct client care, crisis stabilization, treatment engagement, family coordination, discharge planning, and multidisciplinary collaboration in high-acuity environments. She later advanced to Director of Admissions and Business Development positions within dual-diagnosis treatment settings, where she oversaw referral coordination, program placement, insurance navigation, financial agreements, regulatory compliance, and strategic outreach.
Following a personal loss to overdose in 2014, Erin redirected her professional focus toward direct intervention and crisis response work. She subsequently trained under and worked alongside a highly experienced interventionist with a background in law enforcement and professional investigation, who also supervised her field-based investigative training hours. This mentorship involved extensive hands-on experience in intervention planning, family system dynamics, crisis negotiation, risk assessment, and real-time decision-making in volatile or time-sensitive situations. Through direct participation in complex cases, she developed advanced practical skills in engagement strategies, safety planning, coordinated response, and maintaining therapeutic rapport under pressure, and successfully completed the required investigative field training associated with her formal Professional Investigator education.
Since 2016, Erin has provided field-based services including intervention facilitation, recovery companionship, safe-passage transport, and global travel support for adolescents and adults entering or transitioning between levels of care. Her work has involved coordinating complex logistics, managing high-conflict or unstable environments, and maintaining continuity of care across providers and jurisdictions.
Erin also provides specialized assistance in locating at-risk persons experiencing behavioral health crises, substance-related impairment, or other circumstances that place their safety or well-being in jeopardy. This work involves navigating active crises, assessing threat and risk factors, developing creative solutions and stabilization plans, coordinating with families and professional teams, facilitating safe engagement with appropriate medical and support services, and navigating complex logistical strategies.
Through Recovery Resources & Consulting, she provides concierge-level intervention support, crisis management, in-home and community-based services, recovery companionship, safe transport, and specialized assistance in complex situations requiring discretion, safety planning, and coordinated response. Her approach is informed by both professional training and lived experience, as well as by systemic gaps in care she has observed while working with complex family systems.
Erin’s work emphasizes discretion, risk mitigation, individualized planning, and structured coordination tailored to the needs of sophisticated clients and their professional teams. She frequently collaborates with attorneys, fiduciaries, healthcare providers, and family offices to stabilize crises, facilitate appropriate treatment engagement, and support continuity of care while protecting client dignity, privacy, and long-term interests.
In addition to her direct service work, Erin has served as a keynote speaker for schools, treatment programs, and community organizations, sharing insight on recovery, crisis response, and prevention.
Her practice is grounded in compassion, practical problem-solving, and a commitment to helping individuals and families navigate challenging circumstances with clarity, stability, and support.
“RRC was founded to bridge the gaps that often exist between clinical, medical, psychiatric, legal, financial, and family systems — providing strategic coordination and creative real-world solutions for complex situations that require more than a traditional approach.”
Erinn Warren.
With over a decade of experience in behavioral healthcare, crisis intervention, treatment coordination, and family systems support, Erinn Warren founded Recovery Resources and Consulting (RRC) to address the often-overlooked gaps that exist between professional recommendations and successful implementation.
Recognizing that many individuals and families face challenges that extend beyond a single discipline, Erinn developed RRC as a multidisciplinary resource designed to bridge gaps across clinical, medical, psychiatric, legal, financial, and family systems. Through strategic coordination, creative problem-solving, and individualized planning, RRC helps clients and families navigate complex situations that frequently fall outside the traditional scope of any one provider or service.
